The hotel had a great location with easy access to public transport, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious but could use better cleaning supplies. While breakfast was enjoyable, the air conditioning could be loud at times.

I like facilities, small and very nice private kitchen, it was very pleasant to enjoy of breakfast in the morning in my own room. Good shop is near the hotel for buying food. It's very good location, a tram stop is in front of the hotel, some stops and you are in centre of Geneva. I would recommend this hotel for my friends. Nice souvenir.

Beautiful new room! Clean, comfortable and with a kitchenette! The staff were helpful in making sure that every wish was met. This hotel has students from the University working here. What a wonderful idea. Very Professional! I Highly Recommend and will stay here again in a heartbeat! The bus is directly across the street from the Residence. Easy to find and a short 5 minutes from the train station. My room was located on the 8th floor, very quiet. Merci

The room was very good, fully renovated and clean.

The reception was not that organised and they have made a mistake with the prepayment and they asked us 3 times that we need to pay everything in advance.

The air conditioning was inefficient and left us uncomfortable. The bathroom had a persistent bad smell that ruined our experience. We noticed that the breakfast was of basic quality, with some cooking facilities like the toaster not working, disappointing for our mornings.

The rooms were very nice with modern styling. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and spoke english as well. Public transport right outside the front door which was excellent. There is a kitchenette in the room so you can cook your own meals. The rooms were very well soundproofed you could not here the traffic below. Also the internet in this hotel was excellent.

The only negative would be the pillows are way too soft I even folded mine in half and it still went flat. Other than the pillows it was all pretty good.

It's close to the city center. It has a kitchenette area. It is modernly furnished.

The elevator only goes down to the first floor but not the reception area, which makes it hard if you have to carry strollers with children; They only clean rooms twice a week. There is no main garbage shoot on the floors, making it difficult to throw out garbage bags daily. The reception is closed on the weekends.

Availability of an apart-hotel residence in Geneva. Good value for money for Geneva. Travel card provided during the stay. Nice contemporary design, clean-cut with taste and quality materials.

During our stay, there was construction work in the next door building and the noise was unbearable to the extend that we could not hear each other in the room and had to evacuate. During our 5 days of stay, the work continued for 2 days and we were lucky that weekend arrived and work stopped. Hotel staff could not do anything about it since they claimed that they were not informed about the work. When I asked about a change of floor, I was told that they would contact me towards the afternoon and I was never contacted. At the end another reception staff helped me on the phone and organized the change for the following day.

I loved this hotel! It has a modern style and it is very clean. The staff is very nice. The train stop is just few steps from the hotel. I had a very pleasant stay!

The hotel doesn´t have a reception at night. No problem if you have already checked-in!

Loved how excellent value the property was and its friendly professional staff at the reception desk. The hotel had a perfect location, minutes away from a train station. The property was set in a very nice area. No complaint, the venue met needs.

I had an amazing time here! The room was spacious, and the kitchenette made it easy for me to prepare some meals. I really enjoyed the complimentary public transport cards too, which allowed me to explore Geneva effortlessly. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Considering the prices in Geneva this Hotel is offering comfortable apartments and studios for reasonable prices. The location is very good with good transportation in the very front of the Hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The Hotel is business oriented. There is no Lobby and the services provided are at minimum. The Hotel is located in a main street so I assume that there is a noise problem in the lower floors.

Excellent staff, good services, and magnificent location close to center of the city, Cointrin airport and public transport and all the local amenities.

Well appointed studio apartment. Staff courteous & helpful. All spoke excellent English which was important for us. Very comfortable bed & great bathroom with quality bathroom products. Close to many & varied restaurants. Would recommend to others as a great place to stay.

great stay , but breakfast could be better

The room was immaculate , providing ample space for morning workouts. The bathroom featured excellent water pressure, often lacking elsewhere. I enjoyed the fine city view from my room.

Breakfast could have included more variety.
